Our team of professionals will walk alongside you with emotional, educational, and practical parenting support from the beginning of services until your baby is 6 months.

Our services are based on your personal goals. Services can include the birth father and other family members when appropriate. A counselor from Pregnancy Support Services can assist you in a variety of ways, including:

  • Pregnancy and childbirth education
  • Nurturing parenting education
  • Learn parenting skills
  • Empower families to support their child’s development
  • Newborn care education
  • Education of infant’s physical and cognitive development
  • Healthy relationships education and family planning
  • Reaching educational or career goals
  • Stress management
  • Managing mental health, anxiety, or depression during pregnancy
  • Post-partum depression counseling
  • Emotional support during parenting
  • Budgeting and money management
  • Assistance in connecting with community resources
  • Obtaining donated gently used maternity and baby items

You can make an appointment by calling 630-653-6400 or email us at pss@evancfa.org at any point during your pregnancy and up to 6 months after the delivery. You can ask for one of our Pregnancy Support Counselors to assist you. You can also come to the office to obtain more information about our services. There is no cost for the services.
